Michael is a licensed clinical social worker experienced with helping adolescents, adults, and families seeking to change their lives. Michael is currently working with adult individuals and couples. He has helped individuals to better manage their struggles with self-esteem, communication, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Michael has also worked with individuals to effectively process the lingering effects of trauma, grief and loss, and addiction challenges. Michael also believes that everyone can benefit from encouragement and an unbiased outside perspective from time to time and looks forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.

 

Michael utilizes Strengths Perspective, CBT,  and emotion regulation skills to help individuals resolve issues, and feel more confident in their lives.
