Seeking mental health care can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that process as comfortable and supportive as possible. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with more than 13 years of nursing experience and a dedicated focus on psychiatric care since 2020. My passion for mental health grew during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I saw firsthand the increasing need for compassionate, accessible psychiatric care. That experience inspired me to transition into mental health nursing and pursue my career as a PMHNP.

I provide evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and older adults, with a special interest in women's mental health. I treat conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders, and I believe that no two people have the same story. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that reflects your goals, values, and individual needs.

I see you as more than a diagnosis, and while medication may be an important part of treatment, I take a whole-person approach that also includes education, lifestyle strategies, and collaboration with therapists and other specialists when appropriate.
